E3: AI Prompt Hub

Managing reusable prompt templates for use in AI Chat and Workflows.

Overview

The AI Prompt Hub is a central library of saved prompt templates. Rather than writing the same AI instructions from scratch each time, you can save frequently used prompts to the hub and reuse them in AI Chat conversations and Automated Workflow steps. This ensures consistent, well-crafted prompts are available to the whole team.

Accessing the AI Prompt Hub

Click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen to open the navigation menu. Select AI Prompt Hub from the menu.

Creating a prompt template

  1. Open the AI Prompt Hub.

  2. Click Create prompt.

  3. Enter a name for the prompt — something descriptive that the team will recognise (e.g. Summarise claimant medical history, Extract all diagnosis dates).

  4. Write the prompt text. This is the exact instruction that will be sent to the AI when this prompt is used.

  5. Optionally assign a team and add labels to organize prompt.

  6. Click Create.

Using a saved prompt in AI Chat

When composing a message in the AI Chat, click the + icon next to the Message field to open the prompt library. Select a saved prompt to insert it into the message field. You can edit it before sending if needed.

Using a saved prompt in Automated Workflows

When adding a step to a workflow, the prompt field includes an option to load a saved prompt from the AI Prompt Hub. Select the prompt you want and it populates the step prompt field automatically. You can then adjust it for the specific context of that workflow step.

Editing and deleting prompts

To edit a saved prompt, open AI Prompt Hub, choose a prompt, click the three-dot menu and click Edit. Changes are applied going forward — previously run workflows that used this prompt are not affected. To delete a prompt, open AI Prompt Hub, choose a prompt, click the three-dot menu and click Delete.

Note:

Only admin users can create, edit and delete prompts in the AI Prompt Hub.

Organising prompts

Prompts in the hub can be labelled and searched by label or name. As your library grows, use clear naming conventions to keep prompts easy to find — for example, prefixing by purpose: Summary — medical history, Extract — key dates, Analysis — inconsistencies.
