Overview
Case Chronology provides two ways to extend or transfer case data: duplicating a case within your own account, and sharing access to a case with another company account. Both actions are admin-only.
Duplicating a case
Duplicating creates a copy of the case within your company account, including case details, contacts and structure — but not uploaded documents or processed pages.
Open the case and click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the case name.
Select Duplicate.
Confirm the duplication. The new case is created and appears in the Cases list.

Note:
Uploaded documents and processed pages are not duplicated. Only the case structure, details, contacts and labels are copied.
Sharing access
The Share access feature gives specific users — including users at other company accounts — access to a case. This is how presenters are assigned to a case, and how cases are shared externally.
Open the case and click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the case name.
Select Share access.
Assign presenters you want to share with.

The recipient receives an email invitation. Once accepted, they can access the case according to the permissions granted. External recipients from another Case Chronology account receive a copy of the case in their own account — changes made by them do not synchronise back.
Note:
Only case structure and details are shared externally. Uploaded documents are not transferred automatically.
Case Shares tab
All current sharing arrangements for a case are visible in the Case Shares tab within the case. From here you can review who has access and revoke access if needed.
