Overview
The Workspace is a curated collection of the most important pages in a case. Pages added to the workspace are used for episode review, report generation and AI analysis. Each case has its own workspace. The workspace is accessed via the Workspace tab inside a case.
The Workspace tab
Click the Workspace tab inside a case. The header shows the total number of workspace pages and the total including stapled pages (e.g. Total number of pages: 13 Including stapled pages: 88).

Pre-event and Post-event sections
Workspace pages are automatically divided into two sections based on their episode dates relative to the case Event date:
Pre-event — pages with episodes dated before the case Event date.
Post-event — pages with episodes dated on or after the case Event date.
These section dividers appear automatically in the workspace as large labels between the relevant page groups.
Adding pages to the workspace
Open a document in the Files tab.
On any page card, click the folder icon (bottom left of the card).
The page is immediately added to the workspace.
Alternatively, open a page in the full detail view and toggle Include page into workspace to on.
Removing pages from the workspace
In the Workspace tab, click the folder icon on a page card to remove it. The page remains in its original document — only the workspace curation is affected.
Workspace filters
The right-hand Filters panel in the Workspace tab includes:
Types, Labels, Authors, Tags — standard page and episode filters.
Colour swatches — filter by page colour.
Additional batches only — show only pages from batches uploaded after the first batch (Optional).
Duplicates only — show only pages flagged as potential duplicates.

Working with pages in the workspace
All page tools available in the Files tab are also available in the Workspace — tags, colours, episodes, stapling. The workspace is typically where most episode-creation work happens, since it contains only the most relevant pages.
Note:
Pages in the workspace feed directly into reports and AI features. Ensuring all relevant pages are in the workspace with complete episodes is important before generating a report or running a workflow.
