Overview
Once a document has been processed through an OCR collection, it is split into individual page images displayed in a grid. Each page card provides tools for annotation, tagging, colouring, adding to the workspace and creating episodes.
The page grid
Select a document from the left panel in the Files tab to view its pages in the main grid area. Pages are displayed as image cards numbered sequentially. The right panel shows Filters.

Opening a page
Click on any page image to open it in the full page detail view. In this view you can see the full page image on the left and the annotation panel on the right. The panel shows:
Tags — assigned tags shown at the top.
Colour swatches — click to apply or change the page colour.
Include page into workspace toggle — add or remove this page from the workspace.
+ icon — create episode
Episodes — all episodes attached to this page, listed with their date and author.
Tags and colours
Tags are short keyword labels describing page content (e.g. Bills, Legal, Medical Report). Click Set tag on a page card or use the tag in the page detail panel. Multiple tags can be assigned to a single page.
Colours provide quick visual grouping across the page grid. A range of colours is available. The selected colour appears as a coloured border on the page card in the grid.
Stapling pages
Stapling links two or more pages together to indicate they belong to the same physical document or describe a single event. Click Create Staple, then select pages using the + Add To Staple button. Stapled pages display a staple icon and can share a single episode.
Filtering pages
The right-hand Filters panel lets you narrow the visible pages by: Types, Labels, Authors, Tags, colour, and a Have duplicate in workspace toggle. Filters apply to the currently selected document or the full workspace.
