Inviting a new user

Open User Management from the top-right navigation menu.
Click Create user.
Enter the new user's email address.
Select their role: Admin, Staff or Presenter.
Click the Create button.
The invited user receives an email with a link to set their password. The link expires after 48 hours — you can resend it from the user list if needed.
Changing a user's role
Open User Management.
Find the user and click the menu icon next to their name.
Select Change role, choose the new role and confirm.
Note: Changing a role takes effect immediately. Always ensure at least one other admin account remains active before downgrading an admin.
Deactivating a user
Open User Management.
Click the menu icon next to the user's name and select Deactivate.
Deactivated users cannot log in but their activity history is preserved. You can reactivate them at any time from the same menu.
